Converting Netscape 7.0 to Outlook

I am in the process of trying to transfer e-mail from
Netscape 7.0 to Outlook XP. I am not having any luck. I
have even tried to import the mail into Outlook Express
first then to Outlook XP but have had no luck with that
either.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
