Converting MM:SS to seconds only.

Hi

Does anyone know how to convert minutes:seconds (mm:ss) to just seconds in
excel?
E.g. Converted 2:00 = 120 seconds.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't an Excel newsgroup, but the answer is probably the same. Multiply
the minutes field by 60. Remember an increment of time is not time, so 2
minutes is actually 2.0 minutes, not 2:00 (which is 2:00 AM)

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.
