Converting Itunes downloads

I'd like to convert my itunes downloaded podcasts, which are in a .m4a
format to mp3 so I can burnthem to disk to play in a car. Any
suggestions?

Get the last freeware vesion of dBpowerAMP from here

and the Mp4 plugin from here:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm

install them, and convert away!
