COnverting iMac to XP

How do I convert data from an Apple Mac V9.2 to Windows XP. The client's
emails are what I am worried about.

Email...great, but which email application is being used on the mac?

Even within Microsoft there are two 'standards' Outlook Express and Outlook:
the mail for each is handled differently.
