Hi Folks - I've got a mental block .... How can I convert the elapsed time
of 07:15 (seven hours and 15 minutes) to the decimal format 7.25 (seven and
a quarter hours)? Thanks.

Multiply the cell your value is in by 24 (remember, the time part is the
fraction of a 24-hour day).
