converting from MDI to text

we used access form to create a Medical HCFA billing form whic prints out in
MDI format.

But the clearinghouse wants text format. We need to convert mdi to text
format without loosing the spacing and the layout.

Already answered in another newsgroup. It's rarely necessary to post to
more than one group, and if you post independent messages to each group,
the volunteers in one won't realize that someone in another 'group has
already responded. Plus, YOU have to look in multiple 'groups to see if
there's a response!<g>
