converting from hotmail or msn.com to vista mail

Windows Mail is an email client (program), not a service (account).
Windows Mail cannot access your MSN/Hotmail account, it can only access POP
and IMAP accounts.

MSN/Hotmail has been replaced with Windows Live Hotmail, which can be
accessed with a web browser or with the newer Windows Live Mail program.
