Converting formulas to text

How do I go about and in a very, very simple and time saving way converting
all formulas in my lists to plain numbers? This is to lessen the size of
the file for e-mailing purposes, and maybe even make it more stable.

Ctrl-A (twice in xl2003) to select all the range.

Edit|copy
Edit|paste special|Values

On a copy of your original workbook --

To select all the cells on the worksheet, press Ctrl+A
Choose Edit>Copy
Choose Edit>Paste Special
Select Values, click OK
