Hi

I would like to convert a date (eg; 05/01/2005) to text so that in one
column it shows 05 as text, in the next column Jan as text and in a 3rd
column 2005 as text.

Can anyone help me with this

Thanks

If you date is in A1:

B1: =TEXT(A1,"dd")
C1: =TEXT(A1,"mmm")
D1: =TEXT(A1,"yyyy")
--ron

Thanks Ron...works great !
