Converting cells to numbers

I have a spreadsheet with a column of numbers formatted as follows

1111-111-111

I need to omit the - in both places so that I end up with just the digits
formatted as numbers. Any suggestions???
 
Man...that was so easy, I really should have thought about it myself. Thanks
