Converting .cda or .wma to .MP3

I am attempting to upload an audio file to a website. The
website only allows .mp3 files. The .cda file has a
license. I can upload it to a .wma file but cannot
convert either using a converter program to .mp3.

Anyway to get around the license problem as the website
(www.clearchannel.com) I am loading to already protects
copyrights.

Rip the track from the CD directly to mp3 with this excellent freeware
