I wonder... is it possible to convert a 'byte[]' array to a string? (
cocerning the byte[] array was initialized using System.String.ToCharArray() )

Here is the example:

byte[] b= "hello".ToCharArray();
string str = b.ToString();


Keep in mind that every object has ToString() function.
