Have a user that has reached the 2GB limit of the .pst
file in outlook 2002. Want to move her to Outlook 2003 but
was wondering if it's possible to convert the ANSI .pst
file to a UNICODE .pst file?
I was thinking just create a new .pst then drag and drop
the old email within the ANSI to the new one???

Yes, that is the method. After you install Outlook 2003, create a new
Outlook Data File and choose the 2003 version. Open the old .pst file and
drag and drop to the new .pst.

You can try it...it's hard to say if it will work, though, if the old .PST
is that large...it may not even open. If you can get it to open, you may be
able to move the items over (and that's they only way you'd be able to
"convert" to the new Unicode file).
