My office manager typed a short list of addresses using tabs instead of
spaces or columns between the addresses, then he could not get the envelope
icon to work (it was faded out). Since there were only 10 addresses (in two
columns) I retyped them onto labels and printed it that way. Is there a way
to convert a list of addresses as he did it to a straight list? I tried
deleting the tabs but it only scrambled the addresses. I told him, don't do
that again. I am not sure what version of Word he has, but it probably is 98
or above, he runs Windows XP Thanks, Jeanne
