an HH:min format.
I'm presently analysing and building my 2003/04 multi sport calendar.
Is there an excel formula to convert a sum of min. ( 378 min to 3:18
)?
thanks

Well, it depends on what you mean by 3:18 <g>

If you mean 3 hours 18 minutes, then we have to know if you always want to
subtract three hours from your minutes total, as 378 minutes is 6 hours 18
minutes.

If it's a typo, and you really meant 6:18, then divide by 1440 and format the
cell as [h]:mm.

If 378 is in A1, you could put the formula =A1/1440 in B1.

Then right-click on B1 and choose Format Cells from the right-click menu.
Then Number/Custom/Type: and enter [h]:mm in the box.

<OK> and you're done.
