Converter for Excel 2002

Is there a converter to save and Excel file as a .prn
(formatted text, space delimited) as there was in Excel
2000? Where would I find it?
 
You mean:

file|SaveAs|
at the bottom of the SaveAs dialog:
Save as type: Formatted Text (space delimited) (*.prn)

It's been a little time since I installed, but I thought it was part of the
standard install.
