Convert WMA to MP3

I have copied all my CDs onto my Hard Drive in the WMA
format. I want to copy them to a portable player but it
only recognizes MP3. How can I convert them to MP3?
 
I suggest using CDex. It is a program that will allow u to convert
files to mp3 and vice verca
