Tough request, I know. Looking for freeware that will convert a palm
database archive (.pda) to either .xml or .csv.

The extension is probably "dba" which stands for datebook archive.
Several questions like yours have been posted on the french newsgroup related to palmos
handhelds ; as far as I remember, there was no answer.

You could perhaps try this way :
- install POSE,
- sync your POSE with your Palm desktop (including datebook)
- save the datebook archive*s* of POSE into prcs and pdbs
- read the prcs with Doc Reader for Win
convert the pdbs with Pdb converter (by M. Merive)

I have never tested this procedure.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I was able to download my .rom file,
but the emulator doesn't recognize it...it's from a Sony Clie.
