Convert outlining to flowchart

I want to convert a outlining Word document to a
flowchart (in Word or Visio or MSPublisher)but I do not
know now how.

I suppose it would be possible, if you have a version of
Word that supports Automation of the flowchart
functionality. (I don't know Publisher) Unfortunately, you
don't mention which version you have. Also, the programming
code wouldn't be trivial.
