Convert Office 97 .pab to Office 2003 Contact list?

I have upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2003, and would like to convert my
Office 97 E-Mail addresses to Office 2003. All my "Sent" E-Mail's and
"History" files converted but not my old address files. I have my backed up
Mailbox.pab, Persfold.pst and Outlook.pst files available. Any suggestions??

In which of these files did you store your Contact data?
How did you "convert" the data you have?
