Hello !! First post. I have been collecting & printing addresses for some
time as part of a marketing campaign using the following method:

In a Word .doc, clickTools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels >
New Document (if it matters, label option is Avery 5260). I then save the
..doc with a descriptive name for that market segment. Each such .doc is one
page. Addresses are typical, standard 3 lines ... only very rarely a 4th
line.

The campaign has been fairly successful and I intend to throw more money and
time at it. :^) But now I find I need to start tracking each prospect and I
wish to combine & convert these multiple .docs into one grand database with
which I can track & manipulate data (add/delete/edit fields, etc) while
retaining the ability to print simple labels. I notice that the "New Doc"
labels display some characteristics of Word "Tables". Or perhaps converting
to XL would be easier? System details below:

XP, MS Office 2003 (Word & XL only ... NO Access, though I DO have a dusty
old version of Alpha Five)

My goal of course is wealth, notoriety and celebrity and I will gladly pay
huge amounts of money to anyone who helps me. : ^ )
