convert from mp3 to .wav or .cda files

yes i have a pentium4 windows xp dimension 8200 & I got this mp3 cd and I can't hear the music in my stereo at home or in my car so I need some one to please help me on telling me how in the world to do the converting from mp3 to .wav or to .cda files please can any one out there help me?
 
Cd burning software like Nero and Roxio easy cd creator
can do that for you automatically if u choose burn audio
cd..... Else they are alot of neat programs out that do
the same thing
