Convert Footnotes to Endnotes

I have a document that currently contains footnotes. How would I convert them to endnotes? Thanks for your assistance.
 
ST, in Word 2000, pull down the Insert menu and select Footnote. Click
Options. Click Convert. Select Convert all footnotes to endnotes, then OK
[footnotes are converted], Cancel, and Cancel.
