convert email addresses to a distribution list?

I regularly have to send a newsletter to a large group of email addresses. I
only have them in the form of a Word document. I have been cutting and
pasting the whole batch into the To field, but is there a way to get the
group into my contacts without having to enter each individually? I use both
Outlook 2000 and 2003

import. If you only need them for the newsletter ands want them in a
distribution list, you can copy the list and paste into a DL.
