Win XP HE, Word 2002
Hi,
I have made some business cards using a template and would like to convert
it (the page) as a graphic file--JPEG or BMP or TIFF, etc.
This so that I can bring the file ready made to the printer.
Is there a way to do that in Word?
Tx,
S

I think there is no direct approach to this ...
An alternative way is available, yet it is a bit complex ...

First adjust the scrollbars to display all the content you want to convert
If there is not enough space, you can hide some toolbars (you can restore
them afterwards).
Then on the keyword, press 'Print Screen' once (located on the right of F12)
Afterwards, open any image editing software (Windows Paint, PhotoShop,
whatever you've got).
Paste as a new image, then a screenshot of the Word file should appear.
Cut the content you want to convert. Then you are done.

Hi,
I thought about this but I am concerned that it will reduce the quality of
the image.
Since it is for a print job, it is delicate--as the quality must be high.
I really should be using a different program than Word I guess....

For a print job, what you need is a PDF--or camera-ready copy.

It certainly should not if the Acrobat settings are correct for commercial
print output.
