Convert digital video to VHS tape

I made a very good Video CD for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary using Window movie maker. I would like to convert this CD into a VHS tape so that it can be viewed on a standard VCR machine. How can I do that, and what equipment do I need? Can a standard VCR machine be connected to my computer to record my CD?
