Convert Chinese format into English

Hello all,

I want to delete the chinese font sizes in word format and change the
Calander in Outlook into English format. I tried to delete all Chinese
font, input and everything in the Religon and Language Options but it
does not work.

(GUI) language. You'll need to purchase an
English version of the software.
