Corel Presentations may be able to save to PPT format, but I wouldn't plan
on doing this routinely if there's any way to avoid it.
Doesn't Presentations allow you to do some sort of standalone show? I'm
almost sure of it. Use that as your presentation medium.
Or ditch Presentations and pick up PowerPoint, if only an older copy on eBay
or the like and use it start to finish.
