Conversion of dBase Programs to Access

Just started to use Access. Where can I find examples
of "program" files that run in Access and/or can be
compiled into an "exe" file?

Years ago, I did programing in dBase IV. Then I compiled
same with Clipper. Is it possible to convert or re-write
those programs in Access?

How does one activate or run "programs" in Access?
