I have an Access database that I want to convert to
Outlook. Recently I started using the Outlook contact
manager and am interested in exporting the Access data to
the Outlook contact manager. Every time I export the
Access data and try to import it into the Outlook contact
manager, the only information that carries from Access to
Outlook are the names of the contacts. Although the
Access database has name, address, company, city, state,
zip, email and other fields, none of this information is
imported. I have even tried exporting Access to Excel
but this still does not help me import the information to
Outlook. Please help.

are you mapping the fields to the outlook fields? You can also export from
Outlook to excel to see the fields you need then use those field names in
your Excel copy of the contacts, then import into Outlook.
