I have Outlook XP and Windows XP Home. Ever since I
installed SP3 earlier this week I get this pop up message
Every time I start Outlook: A PROGRAM IS TRYING TO
ACCESS THE EMAIL ADDRESSES IN YOUR CONTACTS. DO YOU WANT
TO ALLOW THIS?

If I say no, outlook locks up and I have to close it from
Windows task manager, if I say yes everything works fine.

I have done two full virus scans and repaired Office XP.
The only installation I have done recently was the SP3
for office.

The chances that this is being caused by a worm are slight. It's more
likely caused by your anti-virus program, if it has an option to integrate
with Outlook. It can also be caused by local scripts that add-on to
Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems for a
more complete description.
