Hey,

Instead of clicking Start/Run/control
userpasswords2, can I get to that menu otherwise? I have
been looking through the folders to try and get there but
I can't seem to find a way to get there manually. Any
help would be very appreciated.

RIGHT CLICK ON THE DESKTOP OR A FOLDER AND CHOOSE NEW>>SHORTCUT

BTW, WHY ARE YOU YELLING? FOR BASIC HELP WITH BASIC WINDOWS FUNCTIONS YOU
MIGHT WANT TO CHECK OUT "HELP AND SUPPORT" IN THE START MENU.

:)

Read before shouting.

Use the tweak from MVP Kelly that I already listed. Once it is in the
Control Panel, just right-click it and use "create shortcut".
