Control-Specific Permissions

While I'm thinking about it, is there a way to set permissions for individual
controls on a form? I"m thinking of my Cancel/Uncancel button. I want to
make sure only a certain level of user can actually click that button in
order to prevent accidental cancellations of exhibitors.
