Hello,

I have this problem when I open Control panel, window appear but icons dosnt
and window freeze. Now I can close this window only by task bar - End task.
Maybe brought about it some Troy Horse or Worm, but now is computer clear.
Is there some way how can I resolve this problem (Do it for all users)

Try going to IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Options and
disable third-party browser extensions.

Also perform a scan looking for malware using updated ad-aware and
spybot:
Ad-aware
