WHenever I try to open the control panel via desktop icon or the start menu.
A window pops up blank then closes. all the icons on my deskot dissapear
briefly then reappear. Often an error report is sent. I am getting very
frustrated not being able to acces s any of the items in control panel.. If
you have any ideas please help.
