Control Panel is not working (anymore)

Clicking Control Panel icon nothing happens, after this Windows
Explorer is dead as well..........
After Reboot, Explorer is working again but not Control Panel
Anybody knows the solution to this problem?

It -was- a very strange problem.............

When i was clicking Control Panel only the hourglass was going for a
few seconds, after that Windows Explorer and My Computer were dead.
Going to live after a reboot.
I could use Control Panel only when Explore was opened.

I changed Customize Startmenu
Control Panel
- Display as Menu-

The solution is even more strange.......

everything is back to normal now !
