Control Panel Display

When I hover the cursor over Control Panel in the Start menu, XP shows the
Control Panel as a list of features. How can I make Control Panel default to
the Category view? Or even the Classic view?

That was because you changed the Start menu to expand the Control Panel.
Right-click on the taskbar, select Properties, select the Start Menu
tab, and click Customize. Deselect to have the Control Panel
automatically expanded when selected.
 
Funny -- I don't remember ever doing that, but I must have. Anyways, it's
fixed now. Thanx a whole bunch.
