"Control Center"

I frequently get an eerror message that says "Control Center has had an error
and must close"

I have no idea what Control Center is or how to fix this. Can anyone please
help?

See what you have starting (and running) with Windows. I suspect Control
Center refers to some antivirus and/or security software.
