Continually running process

Whenever I start my computer I find that some wintool processess are running continuous, they are WtoolsA.exe & WtoolsS.exe. I am not a PC expert and would be grateful of any help on what is happening and how I can remedy the problem???

it:

Just to add to what Will said. if it turns out they aren't spyware do a
google search for the .exe plus if you know they shouldn't be running on
start-up you can delete the key in the registry.
