Continually accepting the "User Agreement".

Each time I open an document in Excel or Word in Office 2003, I must accept
the user agreement. Is this normal? Is there a method to automatically
accept the agreement? Seems quite bothersome. Any suggestions?
 
Logon on as an account with administrator privileges and accept
the agreement. That will prevent it from occurring in the future.
