Does anyone know how to protect Outlook 2003? I have just recently installed
Outlook and when I lanch the program it ask me for my password, but if I just
cancel the password box it allows me to go in and read the e-mails anyway.
Does anyone know how to keep this from happening?

Are you connecting to an Exchange Server?
You can password protect your PST file.
For Outlook 2003 (and 2002 I think):
1.. On the File menu, click Data File Management.
2.. Click the Personal Folders file (.pst) (Personal Folders file (.pst):
Data file that stores your messages and other items on your computer. You
can assign a .pst file to be the default delivery location for e-mail
messages. You can use a .pst to organize and back up items for safekeeping.)
file you want, and then click Settings.
3.. Click Change Password, and then type your old and new passwords.
