content advisor

I was using content advisor to screen the sites my
children could access. Suddenly it just stopped working.
I can enable & disable it using my password & change the
setting but it does not filter any sites. Does anyone
have any ideas why this would happen???
 
Rename the file RATINGS.POL to ratings.old it may be corrupt.

Create the settings again.

Remove the .old file.
