If I add another email account to my Outlook 2002 is
there a way of sharing the same Contact folder as with my
other email account? Likewise can I share my various self-
created IN folders.
 
Sharing with yourself? What kind of email account? Same profile or different
profile?

I am setting up another profile in readiness for

transferring to another ISP. When I tested the new
profile's contact list it was empty. I am assuming that I
must alter a parameter in the Tools - Options menu. From
previous advise you gave you mentioned clicking on to
permissions. I do not have or cannot find 'Permissions@ I
hope you understand what I am saying and that you can
help.

Permissions is not involved, because this is not sharing. It's simply
reusing the same data. You can simply use the same .pst data file in both
profiles.
