When sending mail, how do I send it to the name only. In the To: box it puts
the" name.contact and the entire email address. I want to send the mail to
the name only. --

Don't worry about what you see, it does not appear that way at the other
end.

Thanks, When I send to a lot of people, the To: box is so full of info it
takes up all of the room.
If I send an email to myself, can I see how my friends will receive it?

Mail cannot be delivered by name only, it is delivered by email address.
What you see and what the recipient sees may be entirely different.
Are you concerned about what you see or what the recipient sees?

You can't simulate what your recipients will see unless you are running
the same email program they are running.

Open your contacts folder and create a Contact Group, put that Group into
the cc or bcc line of a new mail.

To see cc & bcc lines, open a new mail window go to its view menu and select
all headers.

Press F1 key with WM open and read about contact groups, cc, and bcc.
