Perhaps. It depends on who your email provider is, and whether they provide
a method of exporting them.
If you're referring to Adelphia/Roadrunner webmail, I don't see where you
can export contacts, only import.
Only if the email provider has an option for exporting contacts.
For example, Yahoo and Hotmail allow you to export contacts
(using the CSV format) from their webmail site, which can then
be imported into Windows Mail.
