In the e-mail system with Vista, when I click on the contact icon, I get the
folder of my contacts but no way of creating a new contact. This is new
since it has been working perfectly since installation. Can anyone help?

With Contacts open, right-click in a blank area, select "Customize
This Folder." Then click the little down arrow, and select Contacts.

When I click on the contacts, the contacts folder opens but the icon for new
contacts does not appear. When I go through START, the same thing occurs. I
have been using the contacts icon to add contacts. Now I only have the
'organize' and 'views' at the top of the contacts folder.

Gary,

I did try your suggestion. However, all that I get to customize is whether
I want the 'contacts' icon on my toolbar. When I do that and click on the
'contacts' icon, I still have no way of adding new contacts. All I have are
the 'organize' and 'view' icons along with a folder of all my contacts.
