I configured Outlook 2002 to connect to our exchange server. However, I can
see the Global Address from the Domain but not the Personal Contacts that I
have created. Is there a setting that I am missing to point my contact list
to exchange?

If your delivery location is the Exchange server, then your Contacts folder
will be hosted on the server. If your delivery location is a PST, then your
Contacts will be in that PST.

At what point do you want to "see" the contacts?

When I create a new message and click on the "To" button, I can browse the
domain users, however, when I select "Contacts" nothing shows. I know that
the Contacts are on the Exchange server. When I go to a different machine
and logon as myself, I can use Outlook and browse the contacts ok.

Try reinstalling the Outlook Address Book service. Click Tools>E-mail
Accounts>View or change existing directories or address books>Next. Select
Outlook Address Book and click Remove. Stop and restart Outlook. Go back
to that point and click Add. Select the "Other Address Books" radio button
and click Next. Select Outlok Address Book and click Next, then Finish.
Right-click your Contacts and choose Properties. Select the Outlook Address
Book tab and check the box that says "Show this folder as an e-mail Address
Book".

If you're not logged in the first machine as you, what user are you using?
