How can I have all my contact list by name, first name. They are all mixed.
ome are name, first ame and some are first name - name.

If they are mixed up, you probably have have some of them entered
incorrectly, and you will have to edit them...

To sort:
In the Contacts folder:
Change the View to "Details".
Right-click on the "Name" column heading, click on "First Name", then click
on "Last Name"
Click on the "Last Name" heading to sort by that, or click on "First Name"
heading to sort by that.

In a Create Mail window:
Click on To:
Click on the "Name" column heading... it cycles thru 4 different sorts

In the Contact Properties:
click on the down arrow at the end of the Full Name box

It worked this time, and I see a prior post from you entitled
"E-mail".

There are two settings that may keep you from seeing your posts.
Go to Tools, Options, Read, uncheck "Get 300 headers at a time".
On the General tab, uncheck "Use newsgroup message rating
features". Microsoft has acknowledged that there is a bug in the
Communities features that may prevent messages posted under
that feature from appearing.
