Contacts & E-Mails

I am getting ready to format my hard drive, and I am
trying to back up my contact list, and several E-Mails I
want to keep. I cant figure where to go to get the files
I need to back up. Thanks for any advise.

Export your Emails / Contacts to a Vcard to contacts or to a .pst file for
everything. Copy it to a CD or a floppy if small enough.

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
