Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2000 and ya know when you open up your address book and go
to select an address you can have multiple contact folders to select from,
can you tell me how to delete the ones you don't need.

Thanks Craig

You must also post your mail support mode if using Outlook 2000.

Thanks Russ, can you direct me to Outlook 2000 I didn't see it, this is a
very general question I don't believe it's 2000 specific, but I didn't see a
Outlook 2000 newsgroup.

It most certainly is Outlook specific and Outlook 2000 existed as two
completely different versions. Look in Line 2 of Help | About. It will say
"Internet Mail Only" Or "Corp/Workgroup"

see it in the listings.

There is no separate Outlook 2000 support group at Microsoft. It would
have been nice to thank Russ, especially since he actually helped you.

This *is* one of the Outlook 2000 newsgroups.

There was obviously a gross misunderstanding and probably no doubt on my
part... But no I didn't find a 2000 newsgroup what I found was the answer to
my question. I pay over $500 dollars a year for this sevice. I am always
appreciative of the help I receive even if I am paying for but I did in fact
ask a fairly general question about contacts as the answer I found was not
version specific. So thank you prof who ever you are for wasting more of my
time.

No, you misunderstood. I was asking you to tell us your Outlook version more
accurately, not directing you to another newsgroup. This is the right
newsgroup. We just can't answer without knowing your Outlook version.
